Когда я готовилась стать мамой впервые…я перечитала массу литературы. Сначала я решила делать Кесарева Сечение. ну, потому что многим мам двойняшек делают его, по показаниям и без, якобы это менее травматично, да и не всегда дети лежал в животе правильно. так вот я готовилась, готовилась…а потом посмотрела видео как делают КС, я сразу позвонила мужу и с невнятными криками и слезами стала ему доказывать, что я не буду его делать, что это страшно, что б он меня даже не смел уговаривать! представляете реакцию моего мужа?-звонит беременая двоейней жена, плачет навзрыд и кричит, что не хочет делать кесарева… а он не дома, и где я не понятно! В общем так я пришла к выводу что #будурожатьсама В своих фантазиях я родила: стоя, дома, в воде.., с ужасом представляла как у меня отошли воды где-то на улице, а на секундочку врачи прогнозировали роды с 35 недель, а это февральские морозы! или как в кафе я сижу и официанту:"а можно стакан возы без газа…???… а нет можно просто стакан." потом я увидела видеоролик с женщиной, которая родила по дороге в больницу в машине… и думала положить в машину к мужу "таз с тёплой водой и чистые простыни"(именно это в кино просят,когда роды начинается) Я думала закапать плаценту или высушить? ? думала над плейлистом в роддом???? Потом я нашла своего врача. Вот с ней и мужем я была согласна рожать… я чётко понимала, как надо тужится, что боятся нельзя, т.к. адреналин вымещает все остальные гормоны и блокирует родовую деятельность, что боль не навсегда, что я сильная и все смогу "продышать"!!! — все, что я знала … все в родах мне не пригодилось, потому что я это напрочь забыла! я не могла думать не о чем, кроме "да как же меня так угораздило то!" Back in May I gave birth to baby number 3. We decided on a home birth for this one which was an excellent decision as I was in labour for a whopping 40 mins from start to finish. My husband delivered her on our bathroom floor. I had gone up to the bathroom because I thought she was a wee?. Luckily the older 2 kids slept through it all and the midwives arrived 20 mins post delivery.
